Recipe Orange cake of of 16-01-2012 [Updated on 13-11-2017]
Happy Monday everyone, on this cold day preparing a soft and fragrant orange cake is what it takes to start loads and if you follow my recipe you will not be disappointed. I made this cake with organic oranges, a dash of grand marnier and I enriched everything with some orange marmalade I had in the pantry. The jam partly mixed with the dough and partly went to the bottom creating a gelatinous base, I just tell you that in 2 days my husband and I finished it all;) I'm now in the car and I'm going in the office, I haven't had breakfast and seeing the photos of my cake makes me a little peckish, I think I'll have to stop at a bar to get a croissant now hihihi if you have taken it easy this morning and want to prepare yourself a nice and healthy breakfast, this could be a great idea to sweeten your Monday. Kisses to those who pass by and have a good week!
