How to make pork tenderloin with ham and apples
Wrap each pork knot with half a slice of raw ham.
Ferrmate with a toothpick
In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil, a clove of garlic and a few sprigs of thyme. Then add the knots and cook over medium heat
Brown the meat, about 2 minutes per side
Meanwhile, cut the apples into slices with all the peel, in another pan melt the butter with the sugar
Add the apples and let them caramelize
Now arrange the apple slices on a plate
place the pork knots on top, pour the sauce obtained on the surface and serve
