The cauliflower flan is a rich and tasty dish, an easy side dish to make and which in winter is the master of my parents' house. Cauliflower is one of the few foods that I don't really like to eat, but I admit that cooked in this way it disguises itself quite well and even manages to be eaten even by those who hate cabbage: P This is my mom's recipe for making flan of cabbage, if you've never tasted it, this could be the right occasion, let me know;)
How to make cauliflower flan
Clean the cauliflower and divide it into fairly large florets, then steam for about ten minutes
Prepare the béchamel put it in a bowl with the egg, salt, pepper and 2/3 of the parmesan
Stir to mix everything well
Divide the cauliflower into smaller florets.
Now add the cauliflower florets and mix everything gently.
Grease a baking sheet and pour the mixture into it, level and cover with the remaining Parmesan
Bake the cauliflower flan in the oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and serve.
